Holding on while losing control, trying to understand why things happen .unable to take a control of your life ,the emotions the struggle. Trying to stay as strong as you can be, whilst everything around you is closing in. your mind Your body feels like it’s losing control but you’re still there holding on waiting for that relief that day to come Where things will fall into place and you could have ease inside yourself taking control once again., lost in this world. your soul is in a spiral effect unclear of the future or what the next day brings stay strong.
