Yes. We can send a size set for students to try on before placing your bulk order. A small $30 handling fee covers shipping and cleaning; it’s added to your final invoice. This step helps ensure every student gets the right fit.
Our minimum is five polos, so even small cohorts or late joiners can be included. Larger groups qualify for discounted pricing—just ask when requesting your quote.
Every order goes through a strict quality check before dispatch. If you find a defect or receive the wrong item, just contact us within 2 weeks — we’ll replace or fix the issue promptly, and cover all postage costs.
Our standard production lead time is 4–5 weeks after you approve your final design. If your school event or graduation is coming up soon, let us know — we can often prioritize urgent orders without compromising quality.
No upfront deposit is required.
Once your order and artwork are confirmed, we’ll issue an invoice for full payment within 3 weeks. We accept EFT, bank cheque, credit card, and PayPal.

Melissa Spillman
Kaya, I’m Mel, a Noongar Aboriginal Artist living on Whadjuk Country, Western Australia. I was born in Nambour, Gubbi Gubbi Country in Queensland and moved to Western Australia at the age of 10. My Woods family heritage is from Gnowangerup, Goreng Country in South West WA. Through a variety of mediums, I use paint as a tool to tell stories and share knowledge. Raised away from my Aboriginal heritage, I wasn’t connected to my culture. Through painting I seek to rebuild that connection, with a self-taught practice that extends from acrylics on canvas to leather and enamel paints as well as large-scale mural based works. I am incredibly passionate about sharing my heritage and culture to keep it alive, leading workshops and inspiring the younger generation by telling stories through art.
