We Create Your Portal

We set up a private online store for your school or group with a unique link and password.

Everyone Orders Individually

Students or parents choose their items, sizes and personalisation options, then pay securely online.

Organiser Stays in Control

You can log in to your organiser portal to monitor orders, check sizes and personalisation details, and download the order summary.

We Produce & Deliver Together

After the online ordering period closes, we combine all orders and send them into production. Completed garments are delivered together to one nominated school address.

Your online store can include a range of approved leavers products such as polos, jerseys, hoodies, jackets and accessories. Students can order one or more items in the same transaction.

Need a Top-Up Later?

If you have late orders or additional students, we can open another online ordering period for eligible products. Top-up orders are subject to minimums and production availability.
