We offer FREE design service to all customers. Our highly experienced design team will help you to develop your unique school leavers mock up. You can use our online design tool to get the initial impression of your chosen designs using your school colours.
Our initial consultation and design revisions are part of our comprehensive service and are typically free of charge. We believe in ensuring your complete satisfaction with the final design before proceeding to production.
Yes, you’re welcome to share your own design (student artwork, Aboriginal artwork, or a design you’d like us to recreate). A one-time $100 design creation fee applies to prepare the digital mockup.
This amount will be credited toward your final order. If you decide not to proceed, the fee is non-refundable, as it covers the time and work involved in artwork preparation.
If you provide a print-ready vector file, no advance fee will be required.
For your leavers polos, we use UPF 50+, 150 GSM 100% Polyester fabric. This fabric is highly breathable, moisture-wicking, and offers a high level of sun protection. We offer sublimation printing on this fabric. This is a highly popular and effective method for 100% polyester apparel because the print becomes a part of the fabric itself, ensuring it won’t crack, peel, or fade. We also have other fabric options available, such as 160 GSM, 180 GSM, and so on. The 150 GSM fabric is very popular, but we can advise you on a thicker fabric if you prefer.
With our Premium Polo Package, schools ordering 25 units or more can borrow a full set of sizing shirts (K10–Adult 3XL) free of charge.
For orders of fewer than 25 units, sizing sets are still available — simply cover the postage cost.
Our minimum order quantity for year 6 polo is 10 pcs. Contact our team to discuss your specific requirements, and we’ll guide you through the process, ensuring it aligns with your needs.
Our customization options are extensive. From color variations to incorporating school logos and names, we offer a comprehensive design service. Our in-house design team will work closely with you to bring your unique design to life.
Generally, our garments are defect free as our experienced quality team checks every single piece of garment during final inspection. Still if there is any defect in the garment then you can return it to us within 2 weeks. We will replace the garments as soon as possible. All postal cost is ours.
There is no deposit payable to order us. Once we receive the final order details then we send you an invoice to pay in full within 3 weeks. If your department’s policy is to pay the supplier after receiving the goods please advise it to our partnership manager. We accept EFT, bank cheques, credit cards and paypal.
- Bulk Invoice System– place a single order for your school, and we’ll invoice you on the bulk amount directly.
- Online Ordering Tool– each parent/student can submit their child’s order and pay online individually.

Melissa Spillman
Kaya, I’m Mel, a Noongar Aboriginal Artist living on Whadjuk Country, Western Australia. I was born in Nambour, Gubbi Gubbi Country in Queensland and moved to Western Australia at the age of 10. My Woods family heritage is from Gnowangerup, Goreng Country in South West WA. Through a variety of mediums, I use paint as a tool to tell stories and share knowledge. Raised away from my Aboriginal heritage, I wasn’t connected to my culture. Through painting I seek to rebuild that connection, with a self-taught practice that extends from acrylics on canvas to leather and enamel paints as well as large-scale mural based works. I am incredibly passionate about sharing my heritage and culture to keep it alive, leading workshops and inspiring the younger generation by telling stories through art.
