Once we receive your email, one of our partnership managers will contact you for a quick phone meeting to discuss different options available for you. Through this discussion you will be able to sort out the most cost-effective option for your school kids.

Certainly, you can request samples for quality checking. We are happy to send samples by our cost and return is customer’s responsibility.

We offer FREE design service to all customers. Our highly experienced design team will help you to develop your unique mock up. You can use our online design tool to get the initial impression of your chosen designs using your school colours.

Yes we send them and organize return of the sizing shirts, but there is $30.00 fee we charge customers to help us send, return, clean and pack them. This fee will be added with the final invoice. Some schools don’t use sizing shirts, so to make it fair, we need to add this fee to cover the partial cost.

Yes, you can and we don’t charge for your design modification. Where modification requires, we do it and send it to you for approval.

Our minimum order quantity varies among all products. Please send us an email if your quantity is low.

For Polycotton Jerseys, Jackets our standard delivery time is 7-8 weeks sharp for bulk order & 5 weeks for top up order. For all sublimated items such as Year 6 leaver’s polos, jackets our lead time is 4-5 weeks.

Generally, our garments are defect free as our experienced quality team checks every single piece of garment during final inspection. Still if there is any defect in the garment then you can return it to us within 2 weeks. We will replace the garments as soon as possible. All postal cost is ours.

Please follow the care instruction inside the garment care label.

There is no deposit payable to order us. Once we receive the final order details then we send you an invoice to pay in full within 30 days. If your department’s policy is to pay the supplier after receiving the goods please advise it to our partnership manager. We accept EFT, bank cheques, credit cards (1.98% surcharge apply).
