HOW TO GET A QUOTE?

For any price quotation please Email  sales@brizleavers.com.au with your contact details. Once we receive your email, one of our partnership manager will contact you for a quick phone meeting to discuss different options available for you. Through this discussion you will be able to sort out the most cost-effective option for your school kids.  For 2021 senior jerseys we are offering 5% discount to all new customers.  

 

CAN I SEE YOUR SAMPLE  FOR QUALITY CHECKING?

Certainly, you can request samples for quality checking. Sample sending and returning is part of our free service.

 

DO YOU HAVE DESIGN SERVICES FOR CUSTOMERS?

We offer FREE design service to all customers. Our highly experienced design team will help you to develop your unique mock up. You can use our online design tool to get the initial impression of your chosen designs using your school colours. 

 

DO YOU PROVIDE SIZING SAMPLES?

Yes, we send sizing samples to all of our customers and return it by our own cost.

 

CAN WE USE OUR OWN DESIGN IF WE WANT TO?

Yes, you can and we don’t charge for your design modification. Where modification requires, we do it and send it to you for approval.

 

WHAT IS YOUR MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?

Our general minimum order quantity is 10 pcs for all items except for Polycotton Jerseys which is 11pcs. Top up/repeat order has no minimum quantity. For repeat orders we always try to keep prices the same as bulk, but due to low quantity the overhead goes high hence the price goes slightly high. Repeat order quantity up to 30 pcs the price is same as bulk order, any quantity below that we need to calculate order by order basis. Free delivery is not available for repeat orders.

 

WHAT IS YOUR STANDARD DELIVERY TIME?

For Polycotton Jerseys, Jackets our standard delivery time is 6-8 weeks sharp for bulk order & 4 weeks for top up order. For all sublimated items such as Year 6 leaver’s polos, jackets our lead time is 4-5 weeks.

 

DO YOU HAVE A RETURN POLICY?

Generally, our garments are defect free as our experienced quality team checks every single piece of garment during final inspection. Still if there is any defect in the garment then you can return it to us within 2 weeks. We will replace the garments as soon as possible. All postal cost is ours.

 

HOW DO I CARE MY GARMENTS?

Please follow the care instruction inside the garment care label.

 

WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT METHOD AND TERMS?

There is no deposit payable to order us. Once we receive the final order details then we send you an invoice to pay in full within 30 days. If your department’s policy is to pay the supplier after receiving the goods please advise it to our partnership manager. We accept EFT, bank cheques, credit cards (1.98% surcharge apply).
