With our All inclusive Polo Package, as well as Polycotton Jerseys, Hoodies, and Jackets, schools ordering 25 units or more can borrow a full set of sizing shirts (K10–Adult 3XL) free of charge.

For orders of fewer than 25 units, sizing sets are still available — simply cover the postage cost.

Yes, you can and we don’t charge for your design modification. Where modification requires, we do it and send it to you for approval.

Our minimum order quantity varies among all products. Please send us an email if your quantity is low.

For Polycotton Jerseys and Jackets, our standard delivery time is 7-8 weeks for bulk orders and 5 weeks for top-up orders. For sublimated items, the lead time is 4-5 weeks for Premium Year 6 Leavers Polos and around 6 weeks for Standard Leavers Polos.

Generally, our garments are defect free as our experienced quality team checks every single piece of garment during final inspection. Still if there is any defect in the garment then you can return it to us within 2 weeks. We will replace the garments as soon as possible. All postal cost is ours.

There is no deposit payable to order us. Once we receive the final order details then we send you an invoice to pay in full within 21 days from order date. If your department’s policy is to pay the supplier after receiving the goods please advise it to our partnership manager. We accept EFT, bank cheques, credit cards.

No, it’s optional. Schools can still use our traditional bulk invoice system if preferred.
